I am an integrative psychotherapist who uses a trauma-informed and somatic approach, drawing from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts work

  • Insight-Oriented Therapy

  • Mindfulness and Mind-Body Techniques

My approach emphasizes the connection between the body and the mind, helping you understand how anxiety, depression, and trauma show up both psychologically and somatically. Together, we reduce overwhelm, soften self-criticism, and build skills that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience.
